The stilt floor is used partially for parking and partially as a habitable space consisting of two separate units one with three bedrooms and the other one with a single bedroom. The first-floor houses two units of three bedrooms each out of which one is a master bedroom while the other two have two single beds each. It is also provided with a kitchen and laundry area with a servant’s room with a separate toilet. Two cut-out spaces are provided for ventilation and services. The second and third floors follow the same layout as that of the first one. The fourth floor consists of a living room, two dining areas, one attached to the kitchen and three bedrooms. The two units on the fourth floor have a private staircase that leads to the terrace. The terrace has a separate awning for each of the apartment units along with two servant’s rooms with attached toilets. The drawing contains the working drawing details with furniture layout plan, unit placement, structural details of all the floors. It also includes the four sectional elevations and the main elevation with the door and window schedules.
