Great Ways To Plan Kids Room Color And Design

Interior designing is one of the most interesting and creative professions in itself, but when it comes to design a room for kid or kids I get a feel of some added charm, enthusiasm and creativity. After all, kid’s room is the only place which doesn’t have any limitation, rules or regulations to follow on. Just follow your heart to make the best of kid’s room design and colors moreover relive your childhood as well. Kids never judge any color by any kind of gender discrimination. Each and every color is important for all the kids. No blues for only boys and no pinks for only girls.

While designing a room for a child one needs to have positive, joyful, colorful, creative and humble designing to make the kid feel blessed around with colors of positive vibes and fun styling. Colors are the medium through which they connect themselves with their outer world and get answers to their sweet little curiosities of exploring and understandings things around. Do not just limit their exploration and curiosities only with blue, pink or cartoon based walls. Give them a brighter side of colors and designs. Let them explore shapes, forms, different kind of animals, floral prints etc.

Kid’s room color should be smoothing as well as should have some bright shades on the walls to give the room a complete look. It should be a perfect blend of kids charm and colorful horizon of a new day. While playing with kid’s room color combo one should always keep the lighter tints on the top of the list while mixing them up with some warm shades to get the perfect outcome. You might mix up light purple with warm pink for that blossom looks, vanilla white with chocolate brown, yellow and green for that natural touch, white and red for that classy and pure feeling.  Basically, you are free to enhance the beauty and charm of kid’s room with your creative yet sober designing and color combos.

After the color when we talk about designing for the kid's room it should be as delicate as they are. Try to create ample for storage space for their toys, belongings etc. Cut out sharp edges from your furniture designing. Pamper the floor with some rugs and carpets for their foot comfort. Make sure to provide a separate study and play section for the child. Do not jumble up the room with extra textures, over furniture and dull lighting. Give some vacant wall space to get the feel of a spacious room. There should be good space for doors and windows to admit ample of natural light inside the room. One might play with accent light effects to create dramatic and sober color design effects for the kid’s room. But not just accent light, but one need to install the good amount of artificial lighting to eliminate shadows from the room during evening and night hours.

A perfect blend of colors, furniture designing and lights around the room is the successful sweet secret to charm up the kid's room. Create such designs which should at least last for next 10yrs without losing its grace, design styling and charm.  Remember, a child is not a child always, as they grow day by day their curiosities, exploring things, connection with new world etc. keeps evolving. We need to keep them connected with all these through our medium of sweet yet mature designing and creativity. ..!!
